Chanel carries extensive seabird rehab experience, having been a seabird rehabilitated at SANCOB. Chanel saves seabirds in South Africa. Chanel was also involved in a project in the Seychelles where she worked as a seabird researcher and stabilizer. Chanel continues to assist in rescuing, stabilizing and rehabbing seabirds in her spare time in Plettenberg Bay, where she is a Senior Marine Manager at Cape Nature.
